Roasted Tricolor Baby Potatoes

My husband used to love a big Russet potato baked and topped with sour cream (oops... He says, he still loves it though hehe) but not until recently after I found and bring some home of beautiful tricolor baby potatoes from the market. They're yellow, red, and plum these combination are tastes great in your mouth. Like to roast them with extra virgin olive oil, italian herbs, paprika, salt and pepper. I swear my husband wants me to cook it more often. :)
