Berry Smoothie

Yet another juice recipe I found in Prevention magazine I have now.  Like I said from my previous post related to this, that I have no excuse to let go by the opportunity to grab some fruits in store that are now in season. They are very affordable. It makes a lot of sense for me to hoard them and enjoy making juice out of it. Benefits? A nutritious liquid-form- food for my (not-so-young) body needed. :) I can only wish not to get tired of drinking it. But for now, I'm loving every juice I make.

1 1/2 cup chopped strawberries
1 cup blueberries
1/2 cup raspberries
2 tbsp honey
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 c ice cubes

Puree them all. Serve.


Up next, will be a mixture of veges and fruits, I'm sure that you would love. :)
