Edamame Salad

This is a great appetizer to serve with anything. I eat it with sushi, or only it anytime. I used frozen Edamame (the only available in store I can find). Thawed it. Wash, then drain. I mix it with dried cranberries, blue cheese, extra virgin olive oil, rice vinegar, a dash of salt and pepper. Simply tastes good. :)
