Kimchi

Kimchi Soon Tofu Soup


Studies have shown that kimchi, which has plenty of lactic acid bacteria is effective in preventing cancer as well as promoting digestion.


It is nice to know the benefits of foods what we are eating once in a while. The more we are aware of the food we put into our mouth is the more likely we can control our weights, and the risk of getting an illness. At least, that's how I see it. I also know that there are things we cannot control from getting sick, but eating healthy balance food doesn't hurt us to try at least. It is hard, I know! I also had a hard time to resist the tempting fatty-sweets-food. Control is the KEY. 

So yes, I add kimchi on my daily eating food routine, and I'm loving it.
