Cherry strudle

Strudel is said to be a famous Viennese dish. It gained international success via the Viennese cuisine. It's roots go way back to medieval times, and spanning middle eastern as well as Germanic cultures. Anyway, this type of pastry is something I love to indulge every now and then. My ultimate favorite filling flavors are apple and cheese. This cherry strudel I just discover is now on my favorite list. Cherry flavor has a hint of bitter flavor, since it infused with sugar so it gives a great combination flavor of bitter and sweet. It really is taste good!
